Prior to the Huntington Beach World Series we will do a showcase style workout for position players (If any pitchers are not throwing in the games, we can do a bullpen too).  I’ll be filming all the game action and tweeting out the better hits and such, but for recruiting purposes workout type footage works very well, so I can put together a recruiting video from the workout, consisting of some defensive clips and batting practice.  This is optimal for emailing to schools of interest for recruiting and is similar to what we do at PG showcases and what I do with travel teams for recruiting videos.  Game footage is best for pitchers, and I’ll get plenty of footage in game for that, generally one good inning works best, it’s real, will show some balls, but will try to show some swing and miss and weak contact.  Video from the workout or game (for pitchers) will be $250, the same cost I do for recruiting videos (and cheaper than doing skill show from a pg event).  Videos will be on my YouTube channel, Prospect Pipeline, where there’s some 25,000 videos.  Shorter videos will also go on Twitter on the PG California account, and videos will also be added to Perefect Game profiles.

I know there are quite a few committed players on HB, and they generally don’t need video (unless a draft guy), but some have wanted video in the past, so I’m offering a discounted rate if you are committed and want a video.  Will do same thing, tweet out workout video and add to PG profile.  Can use discount code “Committed”  upon checkout, and will get video for half off.
